Does Signal5 guarantee US viewers on every post?
No. Our own test account has recorded a high proportion of US viewers, but TikTok controls distribution. Individual results can vary and no audience percentage, reach, engagement or sales outcome is guaranteed.
Is Signal5 an app or VPN?
No. Signal5 supplies a dedicated physical phone configured with a genuine US mobile connection. It is not an app you install on your everyday device.
Can we use it with an existing TikTok account?
We can discuss your current account and posting workflow, but we cannot guarantee how TikTok will treat account or device changes. We recommend assessing the risks before making changes to an established account.
Does it enable US TikTok Shop access?
No. Signal5 does not provide or bypass identity, address, banking, tax or other eligibility checks required for TikTok Shop or other US-only features.
How long does setup and shipping take?
Timing depends on configuration, testing, device availability and delivery destination. We'll give you an estimated timeline before you commit rather than promising a fixed delivery date.
How much does it cost?
There is a one-time setup charge and potentially recurring service, mobile connection and third-party charges. We provide a written breakdown, including shipping and confirmation that you own the phone outright, before you pay. Payments are processed through Stripe.
How are payments handled?
After we discuss the scope and confirm your written order, payments are processed securely through Stripe. We explain any recurring billing, renewal and cancellation terms before you authorise payment.
