By accessing the Signal5 website and purchasing the Setup Subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not proceed with the purchase or the technical onboarding session.
Signal5 provides specialist AWS Cloud Consultancy, specifically the configuration and ongoing management of private, global cloud infrastructure. We are an infrastructure consultancy and do not act as a telecommunications provider, internet service provider, or VPN software developer.
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the provided infrastructure complies with the terms of service of any third-party platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram). Clients must provide accurate AWS account information and are responsible for all underlying AWS consumption costs incurred within their own accounts.
Payments are processed securely via Lemon Squeezy. Upon initial purchase, clients pay a €160 setup fee which includes the 1-on-1 technical onboarding and the first 30 days of service. This is an automated subscription; a monthly management retainer of €49 will be automatically charged starting 30 days after the initial payment and every 30 days thereafter until cancelled. All prices are in Euro (€).
Signal5 infrastructure must not be used for any illegal activities, fraudulent behavior, or systematic platform manipulation that violates third-party Terms of Service. We reserve the right to terminate the bridge immediately if we detect activity that risks the reputation of our AWS IP blocks.
Signal5 is a technical consultancy and is not liable for account suspensions, shadowbans, or policy changes implemented by third-party platforms. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by upstream providers, including Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Either party may cancel the monthly retainer at any time via the Lemon Squeezy billing portal or by providing 7 days' notice prior to the next billing cycle. Signal5 reserves the right to terminate service and revoke IAM access immediately if a breach of these terms or a payment failure occurs.
Signal5 collects only the minimum information necessary to provide our specialist consultancy. This includes your legal name, professional email address, and any AWS IAM Role credentials provided during onboarding. All payment information is processed securely by Lemon Squeezy; Signal5 does not store or have access to your full credit card details.
Your data is used exclusively to provision, manage, and secure your private network infrastructure. Signal5 operates a strict no-logging policy regarding your personal browsing traffic; we do not monitor, record, or inspect the content of the data moving through your global cloud infrastructure.
We utilize industry-leading third-party processors to deliver our services, including Lemon Squeezy for secure payment handling and Amazon Web Services (AWS) for infrastructure hosting. Signal5 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third-party marketing or data-mining firms.
Under the Irish Data Protection Act and EU GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or request the erasure of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at hello@signal5.io.
The €160 initial payment (covering technical setup and the first 30 days) is non-refundable once the 1-on-1 technical onboarding call has commenced and the AWS environment has been configured. If a client cancels their appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled onboarding call, a full refund will be processed via Lemon Squeezy.
The recurring €49 Monthly Management Retainer is billed in advance. These charges are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. To avoid future charges, clients must cancel via their Lemon Squeezy subscription link at least 7 days prior to their next billing date.
